Project Manager

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Overview Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations. You will lead software installations, present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as providers go live with our software. Travel across the US and abroad is part of the role. No software experience required. Responsibilities Lead Epic software installations and deployments. Present project plans and status updates to hospital leadership. Coordinate end‑user training and knowledge transfer. Ensure successful go‑live support for healthcare providers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater (any major). History of academic and professional success. Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, including 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination required.
