Territory Sales Rep

About the Company Hiring: Our client is an established medical products company serving hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States. About the Job: The Territory Sales Representative will manage an established multi-state sales territory while developing new business and growing existing customer relationships. This is a B2B sales position focused on prospecting, account development and territory growth within hospitals and healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned multi-state sales territory.
- Prospect for new business through consistent outbound calling and account development.
- Develop relationships with hospital decision makers across clinical, operational and support departments.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand relationships within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop territory plans and execute against annual sales and growth objectives.
- Track customer activity, opportunities and account information within the CRM system.
- Prepare customer quotations and support opportunities through the sales process.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to develop relationships and close business.
- Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to support customer needs and territory growth.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop a sales pipeline. 0
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel periodically within an assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
