Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Position type: Full Time - Contract
Duration:12+Months
Location: Charlotte, NC ,Irving, TX , Minneapolis, MN and Chandler, AZ (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days Remote)

Full Stack Java Developer, You will:

• contribute to complex technology initiatives with enterprise wide impact.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using modern Java frameworks and ReactJS.
• Apply design patterns and ensure applications meet non?functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
• Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption, telemetry integration, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers or act as a hands?on developer depending on assignment needs.
• Leverage AI assisted tooling to accelerate coding and improve delivery quality.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate middleware solutions, fill product gaps, and support enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience developing Java solutions, including ReactJS and database development.
• understanding of CI/CD, telemetry, and non functional requirements.
• Ability to lead engineering teams or deliver as an individual contributor.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience applying design patterns to scale enterprise applications.

• Cyber IAM (Identity & Access Management) experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM?based development or agent creation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $65/hr to $70/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
