Management Consulting PositionTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Provide technical support and guidance in the collection, analysis, and visualization of various data.Support data analysis and data visualization activities using tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, Socrata, and others.Assist in creating, maintaining, and improving data products, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.Help gather, organize, validate, and analyze data to support transportation policy, program, and performance needs.Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and analysis processes.Respond to requests for data support and help ensure timely delivery of accurate information products.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, or a related fieldZero(0) to Two(2) years of professional experienceExperience or familiarity with one or more data analysis and visualization platforms, such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, or SocrataStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to collect, clean, analyze, and present data accuratelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple prioritiesMust be US citizensMust be able to obtain Public Trust clearanceMust work from the client HQ in Washington DC four days per weekWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience supporting transportation data, policy, or performance reportingFamiliarity with the U.S. DOT or highway policy information data environmentExperience developing dashboards, reports, or visualizations for external or internal stakeholdersKnowledge of data quality assurance practices and data management best practicesExposure to public-sector data collection, analysis, or reporting toolsThe annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$94,000.00.
