How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Execute continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring for high-acuity patients requiring vigilant, real-time heart health surveillance
• Analyze and interpret complex ECG waveforms, proactively identifying irregular rhythms, subtle changes, and critical arrhythmias
• Partner with multidisciplinary care teams, delivering rapid, precise communication of clinical changes to nurses and physicians to ensure immediate intervention
• Manage and optimize advanced telemetry inventory, overseeing the troubleshooting, calibration, and supply tracking of life-saving electronic monitoring equipment

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Prefer 1+ years telemetry monitoring experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Follows all organizational and departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
