Job description Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Harrisonburg, VA Average $1,787 per Week – Comprehensive Benefits Sign-On Bonus & Loyalty Bonus Available Pay, Home Time & More: Average $1,787 per week Solo Miles Pay: 76 CPM with 1,800 – 2,100 miles per week Solo Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop with 4 – 8 stops per week Per Diem Pay: $50 per night with 4 – 5 nights per week Sign-On Bonus: Pays you $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year Route: Regional Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it) Schedule, Freight & Equipment: Schedule: 7-day-a-week operation with 2 consecutive days off 4-5 nights out Start time: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Deliver solo to: 48 States Tractor Type: Sleeper Trailer Type: Reefer 53′ Freight: No-touch – chicken Additional Benefits of Driving with Ryder: Unlimited driver referral bonuses – earn up to $1,500 for every hired driver Paid training Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 401(k) rollover available now company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide Requirements: Valid CDL-A 9 months of experience within the past 3 years Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test About Ryder: Ryder is a commercial transportation, logistics, and supply chain management solutions company in business for over 80 years.
