Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, reliable software systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who can operate independently, own complex technical initiatives, and mentor others while partnering closely with product and engineering leadership. The Senior Software Engineer plays a key role in system design, technical decision‑making, and maintaining high engineering standards across the organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services Own complex features and systems from design through production Contribute to and lead system architecture and design discussions Write high‑quality, maintainable, and well‑tested production code Diagnose and resolve complex technical and production issues Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and provide technical guidance Collaborate with product, design, and cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions Drive improvements in performance, reliability, security, and scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Experience owning and operating production systems Strong experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Experience building and scaling distributed systems or microservices Proficiency with APIs, service integrations, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
