What You’ll Do As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while helping your team deliver outstanding customer service. Support daily store operations and help drive sales performance Coach, train, and motivate team members to reach their potential Monitor key business metrics and help implement plans to achieve goals Assist with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment Recognize team achievements and help foster a positive workplace culture Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating efficiently What We’re Looking For Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused Don't meet every qualification?
