Opportunity Overview- Full-Time Equivalent: 1.0
- Schedule: To Be Determined
- Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
- Board Certification in Neurology
- Completion of fellowship training or relevant specialized experience
- Valid State of Michigan License
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, and similar conditions
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Your typical day may involve:
- Performing thorough cognitive assessments and neurological evaluations
- Diagnosing and managing multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology in adult and elderly patients
- Coordinating care with neuropsychologists, social workers, and primary care providers
- Assisting families in navigating disease progression, care planning, and available resources
- Participating in memory clinics or multidisciplinary cognitive care programs
- Engaging in educational, quality improvement, or research initiatives focused on cognitive health
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver primary care services to patients across all age groups.
