Shift Manager Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
