Daily Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing and stucco
• Pour reinforced concrete for foundations and walls
• Construct Block Structures and walls
• Create hardscapes for outdoor spaces
• Interpret and implement construction drawings

Required Skills:

• Experience in Stucco and Block walls/Structures
• Proficiency in construction documentation and structural analysis
• Familiarity with building construction materials and techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of material testing procedures

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $48,030 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we offer health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, sick leave, and paid time off.
