Registered Nurse Triage

Offering a part-time remote opportunity, the PRN Crisis Care Triage Registered Nurse will manage incoming catastrophic injury referral calls, triaging cases, providing medical status updates, and assigning Field Case Managers as needed, with a focus on delivering quality care during afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Key responsibilities Triages incoming catastrophic referral calls utilizing critical reasoning and customer-specific guidelines Identifies life-threatening emergencies and recommends appropriate interventions Maintains communication with clients and team members, providing timely updates on injured worker status Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license issued in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred Experience in triaging medical cases and managing complex medical conditions Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong understanding of quality assurance standards in healthcare
