Construction Manager - Civil/Electrical Wireless

As a Construction Manager - Civil/Electrical Wireless, you will be responsible for overseeing civil and electrical construction activities for wireless telecom projects. This role will support our Wireless teams, with a primary focus on site development, civil construction, electrical scope, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, schedule, and closeout.

Responsibilities include overseeing civil and foundation construction activities, managing electrical infrastructure work, supporting data center or critical infrastructure buildouts, reviewing construction drawings and plans, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring construction quality, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule, working closely with vendors and customers to resolve field issues, maintaining project schedules, and communicating project status.

Qualifications include a strong track record of completing construction projects safely and on time, experience managing field construction activities and subcontractors, experience in telecom, data center, utility, commercial, industrial, electrical, or critical infrastructure construction environments, understanding of civil construction activities and electrical infrastructure, ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, problem-solving skills, hands-on practical approach, experience maintaining strong working relationships, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 3+ years of construction management experience.
