Workers' Compensation Complex Claims Adjuster

Manage workers' compensation claims throughout the claim lifecycle Investigate losses and make compensability decisions Collaborate with claimants, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and vendors Identify recovery opportunities, fraud concerns, and litigation strategies Negotiate settlements and work toward quality claim outcomes Manage claims from assignment through resolution Evaluate compensability Coordinate with medical providers and legal partners Manage reserves Help drive timely claims resolutions Requirements 2+ years of NJ loss time workers compensation experience including litigated claims handling Strong investigation, organization, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills High School Diploma/GED required Active adjuster license or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses Bachelor’s degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing workers' compensation claims, including investigation, negotiation, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
