Operations Specialist Regular FT Full-Time BLUFFTON, OH, US Job Title: Operations Specialist Location: Operations Center Status: Full Time FSLA Job Class: Non-Exempt Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available in our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Operations Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank. A typical day may include the following: Monitor and address all non-post, stop pays, positive pay or NSF items on a daily basis Process foreign items and returned mail. Process chargeback's, ACH items, wires and CD/IRAs. Verify that signatures on all wires are in compliance with Bank policy. Process daily account maintenance requests in accordance with Bank policy and file properly. Process daily reports and settlements as delegated by the VP Operations Manager. Monitor and process lockbox items, new account documents and handling account exceptions. Process levies, garnishments and bankruptcy requests. Process branch capture work and for review of mobile and merchant capture deposits. Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years' experience desired. Additional Qualifications Must have stellar written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts of difficult procedural and technical nature and draw valid conclusions.
