Shift Manager wanted to help in supervising staff in a fast paced, high volume coffee bar. Previous coffee experience is great but it is more important you have a strong background in leadership and have supervised 3 or more people..........40 hours per week, weekends and some holidays. You will receive lots of coaching and training from the owner and other managers. Lots of opportunity for quick advancement. This position will pay $45k-$46k per year to start. Candidate must be a serious professional and looking to grow and learn. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
