This role is an excellent opportunity for a law school graduate or legally trained professional to apply their legal reasoning and analytical skills in the insurance industry. In this position, you will investigate and resolve professional liability claims involving architects, engineers, attorneys, healthcare providers, and other licensed professionals. The work emphasizes policy interpretation, liability analysis, evaluation of professional standards of care, and negotiated resolution. Bar admission is not required. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to quickly learn claims management and case tracking systems. This is a claims adjuster role with a legal and professional liability focus. While the position does not require bar admission or provide an attorney title internally, candidates with a Juris Doctor tend to excel due to the analytical and coverage‑driven nature of the work.
