This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesPerform orbital welding on tubing ranging from 1/8? to 3? in diameterSet up and operate weld cells and fabrication equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specification documentsPerform MIG and/or TIG welding as requiredInspect finished products to ensure all quality and cleanliness standards are metMaintain weld machines, tooling, and cleanroom equipmentClean, label, and handle parts according to written quality proceduresComplete production documentation, including labor reporting and rejected material trackingPerform routine and preventative maintenance on cleanroom equipmentMeet daily production schedules while maintaining on-time performanceFollow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirementsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or advanced technical trainingExperience with MIG and/or TIG welding, preferably on stainless steelAbility to read and understand blueprints and weld symbolsStrong mathematical and measurement skillsExperience using orbital power supplies, weld heads, clamps, and measuring toolsBasic computer skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsMechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to work independently while collaborating within a team environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious orbital welding experience preferredPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and grasp for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and over 25 lbs. with assistanceAbility to use hands, arms, and fingers continuously during the shiftVisual acuity required for inspection and precision welding tasksAbility to work in a manufacturing and cleanroom environmentWillingness to wear the required personal protective equipmentExposure to moderate noise levels, electrical equipment, moving mechanical parts, and chemicalsBenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
