Job Details:
- Location: Denton. TX
- Facility: SSLC
- Shifts Available:
- 8hr, 40hrs/week, must be flexible w/weekend
LVN Pay rate: $42
- Travel: ($15/hr taxed + $1160/wk tax-free travel stipend) 1760/40 hrs.
** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify for housing/housing allowance**
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other medical treatments
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Assist patients with mobility and personal hygiene tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control protocols
- Resume with long-term care experience
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Skills checklist
- 1-2 recent supervisor references
- Physical and PPD (within the last 12 months)
- MMR, Varicella, Hep B (or decline)
- Tdap/Flu (or decline)
- COVID negative test (current)
- LGBT Training Certification
- Background check and urine drug screen
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card
