Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead and optimise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and KPIs Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Oversee procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management Manage inventory and ensure timely material availability Provide leadership to scheduling, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery Manage facility maintenance, infrastructure, and compliance with safety standards Lead, coach, and develop operational teams Requirements Proven leadership experience within operations, supply chain, or logistics Strong knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and operational processes Experience with ERP systems, scheduling tools, and maintenance platforms Commercially minded with a track record of driving efficiencies and improvements Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational leadership role.
