Supervisory Park Worker

Job Description

One current vacancy, 40 hours per week position. Under general supervision, performs supervisory work in overseeing the activities of the assigned park. Reports to the assigned supervisor.

Duties of Responsibilities

Essential job functions include ensuring all rules and regulations are followed, patrolling the assigned park, overseeing scheduled activities, performing maintenance duties, and completing various reports. Additional job functions include assisting in setting up chairs and tables, cleaning and stocking restrooms, and reporting safety hazards.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent supplemented by four to five years of recreation programming or security work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must possess a valid Louisiana driver's license.
