About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for quickly and accurately resolving customer inquiries, anticipating their needs, coordinating with other agency team members, deepening relationships and supporting our clients. Key Responsibilities Create an effortless service experience using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to quickly and accurately solve their problem on the first call. Establish and maintain deep customer relationships, educate about insurance options and follow-up as needed. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
