Magna Exteriors is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and deliver manufacturing training programs across our facilities in Illinois. You will develop materials, lead sessions, and partner with departments to improve technical and interpersonal skills. The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing and a BA/BS in HR or Training.
