Practice Details:

Successful group hiring Otolaryngology / ENT Physician
Location: Montgomery, Alabama
Full Time Schedule: Mon to Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-12p
Inpatient/Outpatient settings - clinic is nexttohospital
Join 5other ENTs
Volume: 20-22patients/day - mix of patients
Hospital Details
- Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
- Eligible for block time after 6 months
- Surgical robotics available
Each physician has a nurse or MA which works alongside
Full ancillary staff
Call: 1/5, Hospital/ER call 1/7
EMR: Altera Paragon and Athena - integrated system
Hospital employed
Accepting New Grads andH1 /J1 Visa candidates

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary with 3 year guarantee
Quarterly Bonuses (RVU bonus structure)

Sign-on and Relocation
20 days of PTO
Reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and Certifications
5 days for CME
