Our organization is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join the team at Waldo Hospital. This role involves providing a wide range of services aimed at supporting cancer patients in a clinic setting, situated along the picturesque coast of Belfast, Maine. You will be part of a statewide oncology care initiative—the MaineHealth Cancer Care Network (MHCCN)—which is a cohesive cancer care delivery system spanning the Southern, Coastal, and Mountain regions of Maine, as well as eastern New Hampshire. The network is designed to offer care as conveniently as possible, comprising 11 hospital partners and serving over 7,400 cancer patients each year, including more than 700 cases at the Scarborough Breast Care Center.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program, holding a Master's Degree.
  • Current Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Active PA license in the states of Maine and New Hampshire, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology.
