As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that is personalized to meet each client's unique needs while helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing transportation to appointments and running errands
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging client independence, engagement, and overall well-being
Our ideal caregivers are compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care. Qualifications include:
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
- Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Groveton area and surrounding communities
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
