Sales Associate

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and helpful Sales Associate to join the team at Back Forty Ace Hardware. As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to provide helpful service, answer questions, and assist them in finding the products they need for their projects.

Previous hardware or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We believe a helpful attitude and willingness to learn are just as important, and we provide training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in finding products and solutions for their projects.
• Learn about hardware and home improvement products to better assist customers.
• Help stock merchandise and maintain organized, well-presented departments.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and maintaining store standards.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist at the register when needed.
• Support fellow team members and jump in wherever help is needed.
• Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
