Carpet Plus Flooring & Home is seeking independent flooring installation crews for residential installations in Charlottesville, VA. This 1099 contractor role requires licensed, insured crews with 2-on-site personnel and a focus on quality over speed.

Availability Monday–Friday is preferred, with flexibility for part-time days as needed. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience across carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, and sheet vinyl, be licensed in Virginia with active insurance,
