Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Goldsboro, NC! As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to clients across diverse environments. Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA

• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning

• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Behavior Technician (BT) Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Interest in pursuing RBT certification.
