Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations. As a Managing Partner, you would be responsible for making sure that fresh food and exceptional service is delivered to our guests at all times. As a Managing Partner Your Responsibilities Would Include Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers Managing performance of the management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees Managing weekly and monthly P&L Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories, and budgets Providing ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costs Sales and labor planning Verifying daily Taste & Temp Verifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are being maintained Planning annual party and fun outings for the staff Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant at all times Maintaining safety of our employees and guests at all times Overseeing all local store marketing activities Overseeing development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and managers Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures Partnering with all store vendors and support center contacts Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings Maintaining culture of the restaurant and living our core values every day; passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose At Jaggers we have a fun culture with flexible work schedules, discounts in our restaurants, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities.
