Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, pneumonia, COVID, respiratory and organ failure
• Provide cardiac care post-cath procedures and for CHF, STEMI/NSTEMI
• Perform trauma care for GSW, stabbings, and falls
• Execute neuro care for SDH, TBI, CVA, TIA, and syncope
• Engage in surgical recovery and invasive line management

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• EPIC experience required
• Proficiency in vent/trach management, invasive line management, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
