Senior Credit Risk Analyst

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time remote Senior Credit Risk Analyst will develop credit and fraud strategies using advanced analytics tools and data to optimize risk decisions in the peer-to-peer lending marketplace. Key responsibilities Develop credit and fraud strategies to enhance credit performance through data analysis and machine learning models Design and conduct A/B tests while analyzing risk and customer experience trade-offs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate credit and fraud prevention strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics 3+ years of experience with a Master's or 5+ years with a Bachelor's in managing credit risk, fraud, or data science in consumer lending Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with DBT and Looker is a plus Knowledge of segmentation, statistical procedures, and financial analytic tools Strong analytical skills and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
