Overview Responsible for performing audits, reviewing reports and performing general administrative and analytic work to assist with the administration of the Boston University Benefit Plans including compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Responsibilities Perform audits and review reports related to Boston University Benefit Plans. Conduct general administrative and analytic tasks to support benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Required Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area. One to two years of demonstrated knowledge of general human resource practices or equivalent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area (same as Required Skills).
