LOCATION: BRYANT, SD
WW Tire Service is looking to add an Assistant Retread Shop Manager to help with day-to-day operations of our retread facility in Bryant, SD.
Pay: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process and ensure production goals are met.
- Help oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
- Maintain production quality and safety standards
- Help the manager train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees)
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, and managing costs
- Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
- Serve as acting manager during manager absences
- Other duties as assigned
Preffered:
- Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
