Hope Transport, Inc. & Blueprint Logistics, Inc. are hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team at the FedEx Ground Terminal in Mt. Juliet, TN.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you'll safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout your assigned route.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Load and organize packages for efficient deliveries
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time
• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS and company technology
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Maintain delivery accuracy and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route concerns
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of your delivery vehicle
• Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety procedures
• Represent Hope Transport and Blueprint Logistics professionally in the community

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable individuals who are motivated, safety-focused, and ready to work.

Requirements include:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous delivery, courier, Amazon DSP, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or transportation experience is a plus—but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (with appropriate equipment)
• Frequent walking, climbing in and out of a delivery vehicle, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Working in various weather conditions throughout the year
