Salon Manager/Stylist

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
• Organizing employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
• Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
• Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum three years salon experience.
• CA Cosmetology License
• Able to work weekends.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
