Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail, supply chain, logistics. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to work backward from an issue to its root cause. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with customers. Must-haves Minimum 5 years of Retail experience Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience 7-15 years of overall BA experience The Lead Business Analyst for Express Retail's supply chain oversees the end‑to‑end flow of apparel, analyzing data to optimize sourcing, inventory, and logistics. They bridge warehouse operations with corporate strategies, leading process improvements, managing system requirements, and using data to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Key Responsibilities and Skills Process Modeling & Optimization: Lead sessions to map and improve supply chain processes, including inventory allocation, distribution, and warehouse operations. Requirements & Project Management: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements (e.g., in a Scrum/Agile environment). Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance product flow from manufacturer to consumer. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics managers, and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance in logistics operations.
