Cardiac CT Tech

Competently performs routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures. Produces quality images for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills. Executes safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient and their support group. Demonstrates effective communication with other healthcare providers. Adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and policies. Ensures privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures. May help orient other staff to the department. Possible weekend shifts as needed.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required

License: CA Clienttion license, CA fluoroscopy license

Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT)

Must-Have: Experience with CTA, Calcium scores, and structural CTs
