We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team of compassionate professionals. As a RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staff management, scheduling, and patient care Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care Provide guidance and mentorship to other nursing staff members Monitor and report on unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers Participate in on-call weekend rotation Requirements Current RN license and certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care What We Offer Salary 93,000-104,000 Comprehensive benefits package (to be updated when benefits information is provided) Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment A sense of purpose and fulfillment in making a difference in the lives of our residents #J-18808-Ljbffr Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center
