Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance, culture, and daily operations of the EARTH Nail Spa location. This role ensures operational excellence, membership growth, team accountability, and a consistent elevated client experience. The Store Manager is the primary leader within the salon and is accountable for financial performance, team development, and brand standards. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee all daily salon operations Ensure opening and closing procedures are executed consistently Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance Monitor service flow and scheduling efficiency Manage inventory and supply levels Recruit, train, and develop nail technicians and front desk team members Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable Conduct performance check ins and coaching sessions Support Lead Technicians in maintaining service standards Foster a positive, team oriented culture Membership Growth & Performance Identify trends impacting membership performance Reduce cancellations through proactive engagement Client Experience & Reputation Ensure consistent, elevated client experience standards Address client concerns promptly and professionally Oversee service recovery and retention efforts Monitor online reviews and protect brand reputation Manage labor costs in alignment with revenue goals Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators Ensure payroll accuracy Support profitability and operational efficiency Performance Expectations The Store Manager is evaluated on: Revenue growth and profitability Membership conversion and retention performance Team retention and development Client satisfaction and reputation Sanitation and operational compliance Leadership effectiveness and accountability The Store Manager is the leader of the location and is expected to model professionalism, composure, and high standards at all times.
