Pay & Career Growth:

Compensation is based on performance, leadership, and consistency in the field, not just tenure.

Lead HVAC Installer: $28-$35 per hour, Senior Lead Installer: $35-$40 per hour, Field Supervisor: $40-$45 per hour.

Advancement is earned through demonstrated skill, quality of work, and reliability.

Tools, Support & Work Environment:
You'll have access to company-provided tools, properly staged jobs, and leadership support when needed. What You'll Do:
Install residential HVAC systems, including full system replacements and change-outs, ensuring all work meets code requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Communicate professionally with homeowners, maintain efficiency without cutting corners, and support or mentor apprentices and helpers as needed.

What We're Looking For:
Experienced residential HVAC installer with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and contributes to a team-first environment. EPA certification is preferred or must be obtained quickly. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
