Department: Architecture Location: Raleigh, NC Compensation: $65,000 - $165,000 / year In this role, you’ll work alongside industry leaders, gain mentorship, contribute to high-impact projects, and collaborate with internal resources—from code reviewers and spec writers to visualization specialists and construction administrators—ensuring every design is thoughtful and bold. Essential Duties Work directly with clients in all phases of the design process—from initial napkin sketch to opening the front door. Evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications. Develop and maintain project budgets, work plans, and contracts. Collaborate with other ISGers while leading design efforts to create inspiring spaces to live, work, and play. Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards, and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams. Maintain the quality control of drawings and specifications. Direct the development and preparation of project contract documents. Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and respond to on-site challenges. Mentor and develop the next generation of designers and architects. Think bigger, better, and bolder to make a difference in our communities.
