Property Accountant for Real Estate Portfolio
Copt-Defense-Properties
Copt-Defense-Properties seeks an Accountant to support portfolio accounting across 25-35 buildings and ~100 leases. You will work with the Portfolio Controller to maintain books, perform month-end close, post journal entries, and prepare variance analyses in line with GAAP and SOX controls. Responsibilities include reconciling balance sheet accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, supporting audits, and communicating findings to property teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Copt-Defense-Properties
