Seasonal Travel RN - PACU

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our PACU team on a seasonal travel assignment. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8A - 8:30P

Job Description

Provide exceptional nursing care in the PACU and preoperative settings. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs for immediate care. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers. Administer medications and provide post-operative care according to established protocols. Prepare patients for discharge and educate them on post-operative care.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care in the PACU and preoperative settings.
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs for immediate care.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers.
Administer medications and provide post-operative care according to established protocols.
Prepare patients for discharge and educate them on post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of current PACU experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
CPAN and CAPA certifications are preferred.
