Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our team at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts at 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, and 11 PM – 7 AM. Same Day Pay! Compensation ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, all inclusive. Sign‑On Bonus: $6,000 for full‑time, $3,000 for part‑time. Shift differentials: $5 PIB, $1.50 for 3 PM – 11 PM, $2 for 11 PM – 7 AM. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physician plan of treatment. The RN follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager. Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the RN. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island. Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
