Manage programs with technical and product understanding, applying program management to complex AI contexts. Leverage technical knowledge to identify efficiencies and provide thought leadership.Manage end-to-end life-cycles, from requirement gathering and risk assessment to feature prioritization. Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.Manage high-impact customer engagements, advocate new evaluation methodologies, and define KPIs for data quality and success.Provide clear project status updates to audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership. Drive feature planning, building cohesion and alignment across all stakeholders.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management.Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management.Experience with ML or AI principles and technical strategy.Experience working on agentic frameworks and products.Preferred qualifications:8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience managing customer relationships, promoting best practices, and designing processes.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage workstreams, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Strong investigative and strategic thinking skills to navigate changing programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to any audience.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. You will use your problem-solving skills and contextual knowledge to manage our Generative AI delivery efforts, spanning Agent platforms, Gemini Enterprise, and model deployment.
