Product Manager

College Raptor is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building and managing products to improve the college discovery and financial planning process. This position will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross‑functional teams to design, build and roll out new products that deliver College Raptor’s mission of helping students find quality, affordable colleges. Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that enable College Raptor to provide the best tools to discover and plan for college. Collaborate with marketing, content, business development, and tech teams to optimize existing products and develop new products with a quick time‑to‑market. Translate product vision into actionable tasks and manage timelines to meet delivery deadlines. Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. Represent the company by engaging College Raptor’s users and potential users to solicit feedback. Conduct ongoing analysis of product performance, functionality, and ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Proven success in product management in an agile environment. Track record of managing all aspects of multiple products throughout their lifecycles. Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Solid technical background with an understanding of software development, web technologies, and graphic design. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. Skilled at working effectively with various constituents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in financial planning tools. Demonstrating a clear understanding of the college admissions process.
