The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives for employees, internal teams, business clients, consumers, and customers. Reporting to Executive Leadership within a standalone or small marketing team, this hands-on role will oversee demand generation, product and service launches, brand awareness, and public affairs and reputation campaigns. The position offers opportunities to grow into team leadership, strategic planning ownership, and broader corporate communications, with some work required outside normal business hours.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies across mixed internal and external audiences.
• Lead demand-generation, product or service launch, brand awareness, and public affairs and reputation campaigns.
• Create and manage content for marketing, corporate, internal, digital, and social media communications.
• Manage brand consistency across communications, campaigns, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Design and edit graphics, social media, and website and funnel content through hands-on execution.
• Manage media relations and broader corporate communications initiatives.
• Coordinate events and support communications for employees, internal teams, business clients, consumers, and customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform strategic planning and improvements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Experience with various video and Graphic editing software
• Wordpress and like experience a plus
