Plumbing/HVAC Associate

Job Description Job Description We are a 5th generation family-owned business with a tight-knit team. We have been open for over 130 years! We are seeking another team member who is looking for a career! Now hiring a Plumbing/HVAC Sales Associate to work directly with our customers. Candidate will build relationships with contractor & builder customers as well as walk-in and telephone customers. Knowledge of product and experience in plumbing and HVAC a plus!

Our next team member will:

Provide excellent customer service skills by going above and beyond customer expectations
Work closely with other team members
Maintain store and counter appearance while also controlling inventory
Solve our customers needs in plumbing and HVAC
Create and foster new relationships with contractors, builders and customers.
Drive sales activity with outbound phone calls to contractor accounts
Stay knowledgeable on products and options in this ever-changing field
Handle orders and returns of merchandise accurately
Work with driver in warehouse for receiving and loading of orders.
Requirements:

Some knowledge of plumbing and HVAC
Trustworthy and friendly personality
Problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales or counter sales
Must be able to lift 50lbs
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid drivers license
