Clinical Pharmacist: Patient-Centered Care (Part-Time)

Trinity Health MI invites a Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital team in a part-time, rotating-shift role. The pharmacist will ensure safe and effective medication use, participate in rounds, and assist in education for staff and residents within the pharmacy department. Responsibilities include evaluating orders, monitoring regimens for interactions, and optimizing therapy based on patient-specific factors, including PK and labs.
